Your Role

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs to create effective, personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Procedures: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that encompasses all facets of recovery
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate clients and their families on ongoing therapy methods to promote sustained improvement at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Oversee clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to ensure patient success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education with opportunities for certifications encouraged

Essential Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
