About the Job

CDL-A OTR Drivers (Steady Miles & Strong CPM Pay)

Illinois-based carrier hiring experienced OTR drivers for consistent freight and strong weekly earnings.

Pay:

65-80 CPM (Dry Van / Reefer / Flatbed)
$2,000-$2,800 weekly average.
~3,000 miles/week (consistent freight)
1099 position.

Freight:

100% no-touch (Dry Van / Reefer)
Steady Midwest, East Coast & South lanes.
Year-round consistent loads.

Home Time:

3 weeks out / 3-5 days home.
Reliable schedule rotation.

Equipment:

2022-2027 automatic trucks.
Freightliner, Volvo, Kenworth, International, Peterbilt.
Fridge / inverter / driver comfort setup (varies by unit).

Benefits:

Fast onboarding (orientation in 1 day).
Truck assigned within days.
Stable freight network (minimal downtime).

Requirements:

CDL-A license.
2+ years OTR experience.
