Create and monitor individualized care plans for students or clients. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and best practices. Collaborate with school personnel, families, and Ro Health field staff. Provide clinical guidance, field supervision, and performance feedback. Facilitate health education, preventative care, and medical referrals. Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance efforts. Serve as a key liaison between Ro Health, client partners, and families. Qualifications Active RN License (Required). Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. School-based or community health experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable providing mentorship and clinical oversight. Ability to travel within the Austin area for onsite support. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Medication administration in school settings. G-tube care and feeding. Catheterization experience. Tracheostomy care. Behavioral health or special education support. Experience with seizure disorders or diabetes management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
