Guest Experience & Clubhouse Operations Lead

Job Summary To serve as the premier front‑of‑house hospitality lead for ZO , the client’s global amenity platform at The Franklin Center. This role is dedicated to establishing a warm, inviting environment for tenants while managing day‑to‑day logistics, administrative operations, and community engagement of the ZO Lounge. As a Rapport representative, the Workplace Ambassador embodies high energy, curiosity, and a "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" commitment to hosting excellence.
