Nephrology Opportunity – Northwest Florida Coastal City We represent a trusted provider of renal care in Panama City and the surrounding communities for over 40 years. The group currently consists of four nephrologists and three nurse practitioners, supported by a highly experienced and stable clinical and administrative team. The practice is known for its collaborative culture, transparency among partners, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Practice Highlights: 4 nephrologists + 3 NPs providing a full-spectrum of nephrology care Busy outpatient clinic and dialysis program with a strong PD/HHD focus Single hospital coverage, with a second hospital opening in 2026–2027 Structured rotations across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis 1:4 call schedule 100% nephrology practice Two-year guaranteed competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Partnership track available Candidate Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in nephrology Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Florida Strong clinical skills with a collaborative mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Why Northwest Florida?
