Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will connect with prospects, assess their financial needs, and present tailored life insurance solutions to protect their families and assets. You will manage your own client pipeline, schedule consultations, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for prospective clients.
• Educate individuals and families on various life insurance products, including term , whole life , IUL’s , and annuities .
• Design and present customized insurance proposals that align with client goals and budgets.
• Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices.

Compensation & Classification

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Compensation Structure: Commission. Earnings are based entirely on production. This position offers uncapped earning potential without structural ceilings.

Qualifications

• Active State Life Insurance License (or willingness to let us help you obtain one prior to contracting).
• Strong mindset with a track record of self-motivated success.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of personal integrity and commitment to ethical client treatment.
• Prior experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
