Sr. Sourcing Specialist

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular materials, managing approximately $50 million in annual spend. The role requires strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies and procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new and existing suppliers meeting quality standards
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions while managing risk and ensuring compliance
• Monitor procurement spend, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, engineering, quality assurance, and finance to support EP/NV strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with components and raw material suppliers
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and supplier contract management experience
• Ability to engage at leadership level with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership
