Overnight Assistant Supervisor

Header [ We are looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Assistant Supervisor to become part of our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows! Our program offers services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities. Schedules Offered: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Compensation The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI Provides The Training So That: * YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage * YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision. * YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students. * YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Berkshire Meadow’s Residential Department. Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Must remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing

of students.

• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
