We offer differentiated solutions and enhance our customers' competitive advantage through our:80 years of market expertise with a focus on Healthcare, Electronics, and BatteryGlobal organization with a local sales and customer service teamTurn-key contract manufacturing partnersCreative solutions maximizing product performance and market competitivenessClose engagement with our customers ensuring the best product solutionsCommitment to providing unparalleled valueOrganization's strength (Fortune 300 company)As an ITW company, we are proud to offer to our employees:Competitive, merit-based compensationComprehensive medical, prescription, vision, and dental benefitsA 401(k) plan with a generous match and immediate eligibilityAn additional retirement contribution of 3-6% (based on age and years of service) of your eligible pay added to your 401(k) planGenerous paid vacation, sick days and holidaysCompany paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disabilityLife Assistance and Wellness ProgramsEducational AssistanceSUMMARY: This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all aspects of the quality management system as well as ensuring the quality standards for processes, materials, and products are being met.Essential Job Responsibilities:Supporting customer requirements within the organization and proposing improvements to the quality management system.Developing internal directives and standards for the quality management system and ensuring their compliance.Planning and monitoring the execution of regular internal audits in accordance with quality standards and industry requirements.Evaluating internal quality audits, identifying causes of nonconformities, defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness.Conducting external supplier audits.Cooperating with auditors during external audits and coordinating personnel to provide support to audit teams.Preparing documentation, reports, and audit summaries from internal and external audits for management team.Managing activities focused on risk analysis and risk reduction.Effectively managing situations to enable production and business continuity.Investigating, analyzing, and closing customer complaints in an effective and timely mannerProviding consulting and advisory support to internal and external customers.Leading, motivating, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of the quality team.SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring quality analysts or inspectors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and quality data.Effective communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and customers on quality issues and improvement initiatives.EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree4+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance in manufacturingMinimum of 2 years of experience leading a quality functionExperience with and solid understanding of relevant industry QMS standards and regulations such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016Broad experience with quality tools and systems, including but not limited to audits, validation, non-conformance, CAPA/RCA, investigations, laboratory controls, and production and process controlsCompensation Information:The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-112,000.
