The role manages the promotional CRM calendar, turns commercial priorities into clear campaign requirements, and uses customer and campaign insights to improve engagement, conversion, and incremental revenue across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. This is a strategic individual-contributor role. It does not own platform builds, deployment, or technical QA; those responsibilities sit with CRM Operations. This position starts at $85,000 commensurate of experience.
