Shift Lead
Do you have strong leadership skills, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Sud Stop Car Wash is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to join our team in Meridianville, AL.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
- Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Car wash experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person!
Pay & Perks:
- Pay rate: $17.00-19.00 + bonus opportunities
