Strategic HR Manager - Diversity, Compliance & Growth

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our operation to excellence, building a culture of diversity, inclusivity and teamwork. The role reports to Regional Director HR and oversees end-to-end HR services across the site. You will handle employee relations, performance management, compliance with regulations, and coordination with unions and external agencies.
