Akron Children's is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist I to apply graduate-level counseling skills under supervision. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments and providing clinical interventions tailored to clients' needs. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling and relevant licensure.

The position requires a 40-hour work commitment per week, working from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered, subject to tax. Prior experience and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred.
