We are seeking a Hospital Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at people leadership, and is passionate about operational excellence in veterinary medicine. The Hospital Manager works in partnership with the Medical Director and Field Leadership to oversee the hospital’s business operations, client service experience, staff development, and financial performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Leadership Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to support hospital growth. People & Culture Recruit, onboard, and develop hospital staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture. Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management. Client Experience Ensure exceptional customer service standards. Support client communication, education, and satisfaction initiatives. Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients and pets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leadership experience , preferably in a medical, service, or veterinary setting. Strong skills in customer service, personnel management, and financial oversight . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma required; some college education preferred. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $68,640 to $85,000.
