The ideal representative is relationship‑driven, well‑connected within hospital operations, and able to open doors with key department leaders. Ideal Candidate Profile Established 1099 medical sales consultant with existing relationships across hospital departments such as Operating Room / Perioperative Services, Surgical Services, Sterile Processing, Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery. Relationships with Directors of Perioperative Services, Directors of Surgical Services, Emergency Department Directors, Labor & Delivery Directors, Sterile Processing Managers and Directors, and other hospital director‑level decision‑makers. Representatives who have relationships beyond physicians and can engage service‑line directors. Target Markets California Florida Midwest markets Texas (focus areas Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio) Responsibilities Leverage existing hospital relationships to introduce Sole Source Medical to qualified director‑level contacts. Secure meetings with key decision‑makers in target hospital departments. Facilitate warm introductions and help establish trust with prospective customers.
