On August 10, the unit will initially open with 20 beds, with plans to expand to the full 36 beds later in the year. Patients may be admitted pre- or post-operatively, with an average length of stay of approximately five days./pulliRN staffing ratio: 1:4/liliPCT staffing ratio: 1:12/liliPositions require 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
