Area Manager

Area Manager
The Area Manager will be responsible for operational and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules.
- Ensuring quality and consistency in all processes
- Identifying problems and finding solutions to address the areas of concern.
- Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on the project.
- Ensure that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that high-quality standards are maintained.
- Oversee project reporting that accurately tracks site progress, events, inspections, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the Construction Team and other departments at Blue Heron.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with homebuilding and construction
- Solid communication, effective with a variety of audiences (employees, clients, trades & management)
- Multitasking, successfully switch between various tasks with ease.
