WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center is actively seeking motivated Activity Aide for our community in Montoursville, PA . Our Activity Aides provide the residents exciting, stimulating, and resident centered recreation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing of activities
• Participate and lead group activities.
• Participate and lead 1:1 activity.
• Assure a safe and home like environment for our residents.
• Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
• Assist in the set - up and clean-up of activity space.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
• Creative background.
• Previous long-term care or experience working with the elderly or differently abled is preferred.
• Communicates professionally with all residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to follow step by step procedures and programs.
