Technical Product Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Our Simsbury, CT Tech Support team is looking for a dynamic Product Support Technician to join us in a hybrid role, delivering fast, effective solutions to customers in the Service Station industry. Please note: this position requires 100% onsite attendance during the initial 8–12 week training period.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service to Service Station clients and ensure their satisfaction through quick problem resolution and Product training.

• Bring the customer’s voice alive within the marketing and engineering teams to drive innovation

• Ensure product quality issues are identified and reported accurately

• Work closely with other departments to enhance their expertise and responsiveness to customer needs.

• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

• Learn, maintain and continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a customer facing role, or equivalent experience requiring active communication via phone/email in a problem-solving context

• Experience in a technical role that requires exposure to troubleshooting or problem solving

• Demonstrated technical aptitude

• Computer skills with Microsoft Office required

• Able to work scheduled hours Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm EST

The base compensation range for this position is $31.57-$37.97 per hour . Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
