We are looking for a full-time Chiropractor to join our team at our Wichita location. We are a growing, functional medicine practice focused on creating a positive impact for our patients, team, and community. We are looking for an individual who fits in well with our team culture and believes in our mission. At Prairie Health & Wellness, chiropractic care isn't a quick in-and-out visit. We build longer, patient-facing sessions that give you the time to truly listen, connect, and deliver thoughtful care. Our approach is patient-centered and gentle, so we can meet each patient where they are and tailor treatment to their comfort and needs. This is whole-patient care. You'll work in close collaboration with our Provider Team, supporting patients across our 5 Pillars of Health: Sleep, Movement, Nutrition, Stress, and Detoxification. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we work together to address the root cause and help patients experience lasting transformation. This position requires great customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for empowering patients on their wellness journey. Roles & Responsibilities Consult with patients about their medical history and the reasons for their visit Support a plan of care focused on the patient's overall health and wellbeing Assess the patient's spine, posture, and reflexes to provide appropriate treatment Perform gentle, patient-centered neuromusculoskeletal therapy, including manual adjustments and low-force techniques including activator methods and craniosacral therapy Educate and empower patients on movement specific lifestyle changes to improve overall health Benefits PHW Membership: Complimentary membership for you, your spouse, and the dependents in your home PHW+: $3,000/yr for full-time toward healthcare expenses PTO: Per-pay-period accrual for salaried full-time team members Flex Time: 1 week of paid time off for illness, medical procedures, or bereavement per calendar year Life Insurance: $50 per month toward life insurance for full-time team members Parental Leave: 12 weeks paid leave after childbirth/adoption (some rules apply) Scrubs: PHW will reimburse you for 2 pairs of scrubs as a new hire.
