Travel RN - Rehab - In Patient

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in Muscle Shoals, AL, requiring 2+ years of experience and skills in IV therapy, blood transfusions, and wound care.

Job Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit (JW Sommer Rehab Unit) within a hospital setting,
• 32-bed unit serving geriatric and adult patients,
• Common diagnoses and treatments include strokes, multiple trauma, and ortho/neuro cases,
• Patient ratio of 1:7,
• Required skills include IV therapy, blood transfusions, and wound care,
• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM,
• Every other weekend required,
• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Alabama or Compact) required,
• AHA certifications required,
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,
• Rehab nursing experience preferred but not required,
• Proficiency in IV therapy, blood transfusions, and wound care,
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Navy or royal blue scrubs required,
• Candidate's permanent address must be located more than 60 miles from the facility,
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible,
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
