Project Scope: Residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License; EPA Certification preferred or required based on final hiring criteria.​

How You Will Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic refrigeration, airflow, and electrical issues on residential HVAC systems.
• Follow a proven service process that helps convert repair and replacement opportunities into strong customer outcomes.
• Use modern tools, diagnostics, and technology to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.​
• Deliver a professional customer experience by clearly explaining findings, options, and next steps.
• Support company goals through quality workmanship, maintenance plan growth, and service opportunity conversion.
• Participate in ongoing technical, customer service, and continuing education training provided by the company.​
• Contribute to a performance-driven culture built on accountability, coaching, and measurable results.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic refrigeration and electrical problems safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a professional driving record.
• Coachable mindset with the discipline to follow systems, process, and service standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residential customers.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification and familiarity with current HVAC codes, controls, and best practices.​
• Experience presenting repair, replacement, or maintenance solutions to homeowners.
• Comfortable working in a competitive, metrics-aware environment with bonus incentives.
• Interest in ongoing development through technical and customer service training.​

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range generally targeted at $20 to $25 per hour for an average 2–3 year technician, depending on experience.
