We are revitalizing an existing practice that will operate very much like a startup, and we are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to serve as the initial sole provider during this exciting transformation. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the autonomy and influence of shaping a practice—without the financial risk or operational burden of ownership.
You will play a key role in rebuilding systems, strengthening culture, and designing the patient experience as we bring new life into this practice, supported by an experienced leadership team.
