Role Description The Assistant Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports escrow officers in managing residential real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing escrow documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of files. Daily responsibilities include communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve issues. The role involves handling escrow instructions, assisting with the disbursement of funds, maintaining detailed records, and providing responsive, professional customer service at all times. The Assistant Escrow Officer also helps ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws. Qualifications Strong understanding of escrow processes, including Escrow and Closings, with the ability to support complex residential real estate transactions. Experience in Residential Real Estate, with familiarity in transaction timelines, documentation, and industry terminology. Notary skills or eligibility to become a Notary Public, with attention to legal and compliance requirements. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously. High level of accuracy and organization, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in using office and escrow software systems. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in title, escrow, or real estate support roles is preferred; relevant training or certification in escrow or real estate is a plus.
