Senior Designer (Digital)

The Senior Designer will have a strong background in digital design to lead the creation of engaging and innovative visual assets across various digital platforms. The Senior Designer will be passionate about digital design trends, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing the creation of marketing assets from conception to production, including websites, emails, social and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the conceptualization and creation of digital assets including website assets, landing pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other digital marketing materials. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software Apply typography techniques Generate ideas to portray concepts Increase user friendliness in digital products Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development to translate project requirements into visually stunning designs. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to ensure our digital presence remains cutting-edge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools (Figma, etc.) Experience with Klaviyo, including designing and building email templates, campaigns and flows. Experience using Claude, or a similar AI tool, as part of a day-to-day design workflow. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Attentive, or another SMS marketing platform, is a plus Experience with responsive design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
