We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Certified Consultant / Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions for education sector clients (Higher Education / K-12 / EdTech).
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Education Cloud implementations , strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to architect end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
Salesforce Education Cloud consultants are expected to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support student lifecycle processes and institutional objectives .

Salesforce Education Cloud consultants are expected to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support student lifecycle processes and institutional objectives .
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud (EDA / Student 360)
- Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and system design
- Define data models, integrations, security frameworks, and governance standards
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines
- Lead full lifecycle implementations - discovery → design → build → UAT → go-live
- Configure Salesforce (Flows, Objects, Security, Automation, Reports)
- Implement Education Cloud data model and student lifecycle processes
- Support data migration from legacy systems (SIS/CRM platforms)
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams
- Drive adoption through training, change management, and UAT support
- Lead development teams and provide architectural guidance
- Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior consultants, developers, and analysts
- Design integrations with Student Information Systems (SIS), Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and third-party tools
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance standards
- Build and maintain ERDs and documentation for Education Cloud implementations
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies
- Support ongoing enhancements and roadmap planning
- Optimize system performance and user experience
- 3+ end-to-end Salesforce Education Cloud implementations (MANDATORY)
- Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant (required)
- Strong experience with Education Data Architecture (EDA)
- Proven experience in higher education or K-12 domain
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration and solution design
