A product of the finest quality is indicative of the Greenbrier standards Sanitation – proper hand washing, cutting boards washed, rinsed, and sanitized after every use. Gloves to be used for ready‑to‑eat foods. Sanitation solution obtained from the designated chemical dispensing area Safety/Maintenance/Storage – picking up things on the floor, wiping up spills immediately, disposing of trash in appropriate containers. Never carry too many items at a time. Use a cart or ask for help when carrying heavy objects Proper closeout procedures – all food returned to storage, wrapped, labeled, dated and initialed, sealed in a size‑appropriate container and stored on a clean shelf. All equipment turned off, cleaned and sanitized Secondary Responsibilities Maintain Greenbrier’s standard of food quality Presentation to meet consistent standards Freshness/Doneness – food cooked exactly as guests have ordered Normal Working Hours Must be available Sunday–Saturday and all holidays Other Details Will report directly to Bryan Skelding, Executive Chef Nine months of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club required. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing required; drug test may include hair follicle testing. Schedule: Minimum 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and may include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary. Overtime: one and a half times the offered wage, no less than $23.21 per hour, guaranteed if overtime available. All wages paid bi‑weekly. Transportation and subsistence: Employer will reimburse reasonable transportation and subsistence costs as described in the contract.
