Primary Care Physician Company: Oak Street Health Location: Tyler, TX (2115 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75701) Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 (wider range available based on experience and location) Job Type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week Application Deadline: 04/28/2027 Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics Oversee, direct, and administer primary care Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication Maintain patient electronic medical record data via Canopy and Greenway Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team Other duties as assigned Qualifications Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
