Chief of Staff

Piper Companies is seeking a Chief of Staff / Business Partner – Consumer Banking to support a nationally recognized Credit Union’s Consumer Banking organization. This exclusive engagement will support executive-level operations by partnering directly with the SVP of Consumer Banking to drive strategy, communication, and cross-functional alignment. This position will be onsite in Tysons Corner, VA 3 days per week! Responsibilities of the Chief of Staff include: Act as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the SVP, supporting key initiatives across Consumer Banking Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and execution Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams across a diversified portfolio of consumer lending products (non-mortgage) Identify and mitigate cross-organizational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies Lead strategic planning efforts and support executive-level communications on behalf of the SVP Facilitate coordination across business units including initiatives tied to lending, operations, and enterprise programs Drive project and program-level execution by ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned Support executive decision-making through synthesis of information, insights, and recommendations Required Qualifications for the Chief of Staff: 6+ years of experience in a business strategy, program management, consulting, or Chief of Staff-type role Strong business acumen with experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic capacity Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with executive stakeholders Experience within banking, financial services, credit unions, or member-focused organizations preferred Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with strong attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) Compensation for the Chief of Staff includes: Salary Range: $60/hr - $77/hr Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
