Responsibilities Coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently using our practice management software. Provide patients with information on treatment options and address any inquiries they may have. Assist in the development of treatment protocols and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance with treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available. Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and enhance service delivery. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and operational efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
