We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our communities, Berkeley Landing a 112-unit multifamily community located in Riviera Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings
• You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more.
• You will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments, prior to make-ready.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Clean available apartments and or models.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager.
• Meticulously maintain the curb appeal of the community.
• Assist office personnel with other various tasks required.
• Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc.
• Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop.
• Report to the Property Manager.
