Job Overview
Architectural Products Group is seeking a to manage material handling in their 50+ acre outdoor and indoor manufacturing facility in Elmer, New Jersey. This role involves operating various equipment, organizing products, and safely loading/unloading materials to support the companys operations.

- A physically capable individual comfortable working in varied outdoor and indoor conditions.
What Youll Do
- Operate specialized material handling equipment, including stretch wrap machines and extended boom arm forklifts.
- Organize products within the yard following established inventory procedures.
- Safely load and unload materials onto and from various trailers.
- Validate shipping documentation such as packing slips and ship tickets.
- Audit, record, and interpret shipping details, weights, and production schedules.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience operating a 5,000 lb. forklift in an outdoor yard environment.
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Strong math, communication, and comprehension skills for logistics coordination.
- Ability to perform routine forklift inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Capability to successfully pass internal Forklift Certification Training.
- Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and perform strenuous activities (bending, crouching, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching).
- Comfort working in varied environmental conditions (dusty, hot, cold).
