Office Assistance professionals support a small dispatch team by managing inbound communications, assisting customers and workers, and coordinating routine service calls. Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, this role balances communication, dispatching, and accurate recordkeeping to help ensure assignments are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and workers.
- Provide responsive customer support and address routine inquiries.
- Assign routine service calls to the appropriate drivers or responders based on location and priority.
- Coordinate dispatch activities throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, assignments, and service activity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in office administration.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience.
