Youth Soccer Coach/Instructor (Part-Time)
Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job that makes a real impact? Soccer Shots is hiring enthusiastic coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for children across the Greater Austin area. Every week, our coaches help children build confidence, character, and a love for being activeall while having fun. No advanced soccer experience required. We provide training, resources, and support to help you succeed.

- A teacher, education major, coach, or former athlete
- A childcare professional, camp counselor, or youth mentor

What you'll do:
- Lead weekly soccer sessions for children ages 28
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment
- Teach soccer skills and character-building lessons
- Communicate professionally with families and partners
- Serve as a positive role model for every child
Availability needed:
- Coaches commit to a seasonal schedule (Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter). Preferred availability:
- At least 3 half-days per week
- Minimum of 8 hours per week
Typical coaching hours:
- Mornings: 8:3011:30 AM
- Midday: 11:30 AM2:30 PM
- Afternoons: 2:305:30 PM
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass an FBI background check
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
- Coaching, teaching, childcare, or youth leadership experience preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus
