Overnight Warehouse Associate Full Time Manual Labor Minneapolis, MN, US The position is responsible for loading/unloading trucks, receiving product into inventory, stocking shelves with correct rotation, inventory control, pull, assemble, and palletize orders according to scheduled route specifications. Qualifications Warehouse experience is preferred, not required. Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours if needed. Experience operating equipment such as Order Picker. Follow food safety policies and procedures. Physical Demands Must be able to lift 5-70 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit). Education – High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience – One to two years of related experience in food production preferred. Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time-sensitive deadlines. Accuracy – Demonstrated ability to accurately pack product in a timely fashion. Language – Basic English speaking and written proficiency. A combination of the above will also be considered.
