Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients’ mental health challenges, personal histories, and developmental goals. \n
- Provide tailored individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based methods to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions. \n
- Develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that employ measurable goals and therapeutic interventions suitable for each individual. \n
- Offer crisis intervention sessions to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring a focus on immediate safety and stability. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, coping mechanisms, and available community resources, enhancing their support networks. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential client records that include assessments, treatment progress, and outcome documentation while adhering to ethical standards. \n
- Foster collaboration with other mental health care professionals, ensuring that comprehensive care is delivered for the benefit of our clients. \n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families coping with a range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent credential. \n
- A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on outpatient therapy services. \n
- Exceptional clinical skills and a proven record of successfully delivering effective therapeutic interventions. \n
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients on a personal level. \n
- A commitment to ethical conduct and continuous professional development. \n
- A keen understanding of cultural sensitivity and the capacity to provide equitable services. \n

- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client care and manage records efficiently. \n
- Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are advantageous. \n
