Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Full-Time | On-site Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to facilitate agile processes, ensure team alignment, and help deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks. Key Responsibilities Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines. Remove impediments that block the team’s progress. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs. Support continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation. Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). Promote transparency and effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Help teams adopt Agile best practices and scale Scrum across multiple teams if applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mybridge
