Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is based in Novato, California. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a busy clinical environment, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift time is days, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week scheduled
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid drivers license and auto insurance, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience or relevant clinical exposure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy and familiarity with community hospital settings.
• Additional Information: The role involves evaluating and developing treatment protocols for outpatient adult and geriatric patients. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical assessment abilities, effective communication skills, and competence in developing patient-specific care plans. The position includes working in a fast-paced environment, organizing multiple priorities, and applying evidence-based practices. Physical activities include standard therapeutic interventions, gait training, and patient education.
