About the Role

This isn't a role where you're handed a playbook. You're building it. As Installation Manager in Reading, PA, you'll own end-to-end field operations across 3+ regions, lead 75+ technicians and crew leads, and design the processes that will carry this company through 200–300% growth.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end installation operations across 3+ regions, overseeing 75+ field staff
• Performance metrics, accountability, and leadership development across crew leads and field technicians
• SOP development and continuous improvement across installation, safety, quality control, and scheduling — built to support 200–300% growth
• Direct partnership with sales and scheduling teams to align installation capacity with booking demand during aggressive expansion

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential installation operations, construction operations, or trade services leadership
• Experience managing large field teams in a high-growth environment (100%+ year-over-year growth)
• Demonstrated track record driving performance metrics and team accountability
• Ability to build and execute a 90-day operational plan — you'll be expected to identify gaps, set priorities, and show early wins fast
