Drive Kitchen Operations

Oversee all back-of-house operations, including prep, execution, cleanliness, and organization. Ensure systems are in place for smooth, efficient service.

Own Food Cost & Inventory

Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls. Minimize waste, maximize efficiency, and maintain strong financial performance without compromising quality.

Ensure Food Safety & Standards

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Lead by example and hold the team accountable to doing things the right way.

What We're Looking For

• 35+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• A true passion for scratch cooking and high-quality food execution
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring teams
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence in the kitchen
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
