Automotive Parts Stock ClerkModern Toyota of Winston-Salem has an immediate opening for an Automotive Parts Stock Clerk. Join the team of talented parts professionals at Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem. Responsibilities for this position include:Check in stock orders and put parts in the correct BINS locations.Pull technician orders and dispatch them to the shop.Receive, reconcile, and locate shipments from outside vendors.Obtain parts from local vendors as needed via Company vehicle.Help with inventory management of current and new parts.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Parts DepartmentPicks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-upChecks payments received with the invoices for each deliveryKeeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entryUnloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts.Qualified candidates will be highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift to 70 lbs. A High school diploma or GED is required.Qualifications and Skills:1+ year experience with automotive parts preferred.Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demandsExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team.Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is a part of Modern Automotive Network.
