Outpatient Evening Therapist Opportunity This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center offers 40 hours per week and full benefits. Location: Phoenix, AZ (includes onsite detoxification, in-patient treatment, PHP, IOP, and satellite clinics in West Valley and Metropolitan Phoenix). Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients ensuring safety and well‑being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plans in a timely manner, consistent with psycho‑social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.
