Amivie - - Responsibilities: Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and goal completion as documented in the individualized support plan; Safely transport individuals in company or personally owned vehicles; Accompany individuals to community integration activities; Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely; Uphold and advocate for individual rights and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
