Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and present highly qualified technical candidates.
- Manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining service level expectations.

- Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive talent research.
- Engage passive technical talent.
- Advise hiring managers using market intelligence and compensation insights.
- Provide consultative guidance throughout the recruiting process.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and interview teams.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs, including:
- Time-to-fill
- Pipeline health
- Candidate conversion rates
- Offer acceptance
- Utilize recruiting analytics to improve hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal recruiting processes.
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting enterprise technology professionals.
