Job Summary A Contract position (Day (7A-7:30P) shift) is currently open for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Elkins, WV. Essential responsibilities include: safely administer prescribed medications and complete routine clinical nursing treatments, monitor and document patient vital signs, intake/output, and general health condition, and assist patients with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and personal comfort measures, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
