• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department

• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAP (emergency privileges this week) through 9/4/26 with the option to provide ongoing coverage. Looking for someone who can ideally work Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 6:30 am - 3 pm in addition to weeknight (1-2x per week) and weekend call 1:4
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Some Medical Direction, but there is a lot of autonomy. Surgeon, 1 anesthesiologist and 4 CRNA's
\n
• Case Mix: General, Urogynecology, Surgery (Davinci on the way), Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, Podiatry. Provider may see some healthy peds. Provider must also be comfortable with blocks (will work alongside ortho surgeon). No hearts, No heads, and No OB
\n
• Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA and CSR
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 2 weeks
\n
• Active NM License: Required
\n
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
