Vacation Planner

Position: Vacation PlannerJob Description:We are currently seeking a full-time Vacation Planner to join our team as in a REMOTE position. As a Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for creating customized vacation itineraries for our clients based on their preferences and budget. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible vacation options.Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budget, and desired destinationsResearch and recommend vacation packages, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's needsCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and deals for clientsCreate detailed itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and any special requestsProvide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issuesStay up to date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current and accurate informationParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skillsQualifications:Previous experience in travel planning or related field is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
