Quality Manager

Location: South Carolina
Reports to: Operations Director - NAM

About the Role

Lead Quality, ESG, and Continuous Improvement across North American manufacturing. Own QMS, audits, supplier and production quality, and drive performance through KPIs and Lean initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Manage QMS, ISO compliance, audits, and quality documentation
  • Oversee supplier quality, incoming inspections, and corrective actions
  • Drive production quality using SPC, root-cause analysis, and process controls
  • Own customer complaints, audits, and quality reporting
  • Lead lab testing, calibration, and quality standards
  • Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally on product, process, and material alignment
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Quality, or related)
  • 7-10+ years in manufacturing quality leadership
  • Experience with QMS, ISO, SPC, audits, and root-cause analysis
  • Proven team and cross-functional leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP or ERP experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma background
