Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Work 7 Days. Enjoy 7 Days Off.

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule .

As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct resident care while helping lead and support the nursing team throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
Charge Nurse experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
