Caregiver / Home Care Aide / Nursing Assistant / CNA -- Consistent 12-hour/day & 3-4 consecutive days/wk schedules

REQUIREMENTS -- We hire Care Professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Professional caregiving or CNA experience ( Minimum 1 year ) — Assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing/showering, mobility, dressing, meal support, medication reminders, toileting, incontinence care. Dementia, Hospice, Hoyer lift experience are a plus.
• Availability for at least 3 consecutive days — including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) on an ongoing basis.
• Availability for 12+ hour shifts : Typical shifts are 7AM-7PM/8AM-8PM OR 7PM-7AM/8PM-8AM AND/OR Live‑In Opportunities : Alternating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver Registry
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Availability within our service area — Des Plaines, Lake Forest, Deerfield, Evanston, Wilmette, Glencoe. Other service areas include Chicago (Northside, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, Portage Park).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver RegistryAbility to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Two Professional references and/or letters of recommendation

3‑Day Options: Sunday–Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday–Saturday
4‑Day Options: Sunday–Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday
